Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GreenBird Payment Solutions ("GreenBird," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites or use the tools and services we offer through them.
This Policy applies to our website at greenbirdpaymentsolutions.com and to our customer and partner application at greenbirdcrm.com (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
GreenBird Payment Solutions is an independent payment brokerage. We help businesses evaluate payment processing, access funding options through third-party lenders, and operate more efficiently. We are not a bank, a direct lender, or a payment processor; processing and funding are provided through partnered third parties.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you contact us or use the tools on the Site, you may give us:
- Identifying and contact information — your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Business information — your industry, role, current payment processor, processing volume, and similar details you share through our forms.
- Documents you upload — including payment processing statements you submit to our statement analysis tool. These statements may contain financial information about your business such as transaction volumes, fees, and processing rates.
- Application information — details you provide when applying for funding, applying to become a referral partner, or requesting services.
- Account information — if you create an account or a partner portal login, the credentials and profile information associated with that account.
- Communications — the contents of messages, inquiries, and other correspondence you send us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookie and tracking data — information collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 4.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information, quotes, or services you request.
- Analyze payment processing statements you submit and prepare savings estimates and recommendations.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- Measure and improve the performance of our marketing and advertising, including understanding which channels and campaigns lead to inquiries.
- Communicate with you about your inquiries, our services, and updates.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand how it is used. These include:
- Essential cookies — required for the Site to function, including security and bot-protection features (see Section 6).
- Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors find and use the Site, so we can improve it.
- Advertising cookies — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to help us reach relevant audiences.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. If you disable certain cookies, some parts of the Site may not work properly. See Section 5 for advertising-specific opt-out options.
5. Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you interact with the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Ads and conversion measurement. We advertise through Google Ads and use Google's conversion tracking to measure how our advertising performs — for example, to learn when a visitor who clicked one of our ads later submits a form.
Enhanced Conversions. To improve the accuracy of this advertising measurement, we may use Google's Enhanced Conversions feature. When you submit a form on the Site, this feature sends a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of certain information you provided — such as your email address, and where available your phone number or name — to Google. Hashing converts the information into a coded string before it is transmitted, so the underlying information is not shared in a directly readable form. Google uses this hashed data only to match conversions to ad interactions and in accordance with Google's policies. We do not use Enhanced Conversions to send Google a readable copy of your contact information.
Your advertising choices. You can manage how Google personalizes ads to you, and opt out of personalized advertising, at myadcenter.google.com and adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to opt out of advertising-related data sharing — see Section 9.
For more information about how Google processes data, see Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Bot Protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to protect the Site from spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may collect technical information about your device and browser to verify that you are a genuine visitor. This processing is necessary to keep the Site secure.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with companies that provide services to us — including website hosting, data storage, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, and bot protection — so they can perform those services on our behalf.
- Payment processing partners. When you ask us to help with payment processing, we share the information needed to evaluate and set up processing with our payment processing partners, who handle underwriting, onboarding, and account setup.
- Third-party lenders and funders. When you apply for or request information about funding, we share the information needed to evaluate your request with third-party lenders and funders. Funding is subject to their credit review, underwriting, and approval.
- Referral partners. If you were referred to us by one of our referral partners, we may share limited status information with that partner about the referral.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of GreenBird, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If GreenBird is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.
Some of our analytics and advertising activities — including the use of advertising cookies and Enhanced Conversions described in Section 5 — may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or a "sale" of personal information, under certain state privacy laws. See Section 9 for how to opt out.
8. Data Retention and Security
Retention. We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal obligations. Payment processing statements you upload through our statement analysis tool are deleted within 90 days of submission.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share.
- The right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information.
- The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your request before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law permits.
California residents. California law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) gives California residents the rights listed above, including the right to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information. To opt out of advertising-related sharing, you can use the advertising opt-out tools described in Section 5 and adjust the cookie controls in your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals we know to be under 16 years of age.
Other states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights and can exercise them by contacting us as described in Section 12.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
